By booking, purchasing, or otherwise arranging travel services through Affordable Travel Promotions (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you (“Customer”) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by this Refund, Cancellation & Chargeback Policy, along with our Terms and Conditions.

All sales are final and subject to strict cancellation terms as outlined below.

Unless explicitly stated in writing:

• All payments, including deposits and service fees, are NON-REFUNDABLE.
• Travel services are considered consumed at the time of booking due to contractual obligations with third-party suppliers.
• No refunds will be issued for unused services, missed departures, or voluntary changes.

All cancellations must be submitted in writing to: support@affordabletravelpromos

• Deposits: 100% non-refundable
• Payments made toward travel packages: Non-refundable unless a supplier provides a refund
• Within 30 days of departure: 100% non-refundable
• No-shows: 100% non-refundable, no exceptions

Cancellation requests are not considered received until confirmed by our team.

Affordable Travel Promotions acts solely as an independent intermediary.

• Airlines, hotels, cruise lines, and other providers (“Suppliers”) control refund eligibility.
• If a Supplier issues a refund, it may:
  • Be in the form of credit, voucher, or future travel credit only
  • Be subject to penalties, restrictions, and expiration dates
• We reserve the right to deduct:
  • Service fees
  • Administrative fees
  • Payment processing costs

We do not guarantee cash refunds under any circumstances.

• All changes are subject to availability and Supplier approval.
• Change requests may incur:
  • Supplier penalties
  • Fare differences
  • Administrative fees (minimum $50 per change)
• Rebooked travel may have revised pricing and restrictions.

Affordable Travel Promotions strongly recommends and may require the purchase of travel insurance.

• Failure to obtain travel insurance means you assume full financial risk.
• Refunds will not be issued for:
  • Illness
  • Personal emergencies
  • Weather disruptions
  • Travel interruptions

All such claims must be filed directly with your insurance provider.

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to:

• Natural disasters
• Pandemics or public health emergencies
• Government actions or travel restrictions
• Airline or supplier bankruptcy
• Acts of God, war, or terrorism

In such cases:

• Refunds are not guaranteed
• Travel credits may be issued at Supplier discretion
• The Company bears no financial responsibility

By completing a purchase, you agree to the following:

• You will not initiate a chargeback without first contacting us at support@affordabletravelpromos
• Chargebacks filed without valid cause constitute breach of contract
• We reserve the right to:
  • Submit this agreement as evidence to your financial institution
  • Pursue collection actions, legal fees, and damages
  • Deny all future services

Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in civil liability under applicable laws.

All transactions are subject to non-refundable:

• Credit card processing fees
• Vendor transaction fees
• Internal administrative fees

These fees are retained regardless of cancellation status.

To the maximum extent permitted by Florida law:

• Affordable Travel Promotions shall not be liable for:
  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Loss of enjoyment, time, or missed connections
• Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid to us for the specific booking.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Affordable Travel Promotions from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

• Your breach of this agreement
• Your actions during travel
• Supplier-related disputes

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

• Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in courts located in Florida.
• You waive any objection to jurisdiction or venue.

At our sole discretion, we may require disputes to be resolved through:

• Binding arbitration in the State of Florida
• Waiver of participation in class-action lawsuits

If any provision of this policy is deemed unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time.

• Updates become effective immediately upon posting
• Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of revised terms

Travel involves risk. By booking with Affordable Travel Promotions, you acknowledge:

• Prices and availability may change without notice
• Suppliers may alter or cancel services
• Refunds are limited and not guaranteed
