TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between Affordable Travel Promotions ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") and the person purchasing travel services or receiving a vacation certificate ("Client," "you," or "your"). By booking or accepting a vacation certificate, you agree to be bound by these terms.

AFFORDABLE TRAVEL PROMOTIONS IS REGISTERED WITH THE STATE OF FLORIDA AS A SELLER OF TRAVEL. REGISTRATION NO. ST45839.

TOTAL PRICE:
The total financial obligation will be disclosed at booking, including all applicable fees such as taxes, per diem charges, seasonal surcharges, and reservation fees.

VACATION CERTIFICATES:
Certificates may require additional charges at redemption, including but not limited to:

• Taxes
• Resort fees
• Port charges
• Administrative fees

These will be disclosed prior to confirmation.

PRICE CHANGES:
Prices are subject to change until deposit is received. The Company reserves the right to pass along supplier increases, fuel surcharges, or government-imposed fees.

STANDARD CANCELLATIONS:
All cancellations must be submitted in writing. Supplier penalties and agency fees may apply.

YOU MAY CANCEL THIS CONTRACT WITHOUT ANY PENALTY OR OBLIGATION WITHIN 30 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE OR RECEIPT OF THE VACATION CERTIFICATE, WHICHEVER OCCURS LATER.

CANCELLATION MUST BE IN WRITING AND POSTMARKED NO LATER THAN MIDNIGHT OF THE 30TH DAY.

YOU ARE ENTITLED TO A FULL REFUND OF ALL PAYMENTS MADE IF YOU CANCEL WITHIN THIS PERIOD.

NOTICE OF CANCELLATION

YOU MAY CANCEL THIS CONTRACT WITHOUT ANY PENALTY OR OBLIGATION WITHIN 30 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE OR RECEIPT OF THE VACATION CERTIFICATE, WHICHEVER OCCURS LATER.

IF YOU CANCEL, ANY PAYMENTS MADE BY YOU WILL BE RETURNED WITHIN 10 BUSINESS DAYS FOLLOWING RECEIPT OF YOUR CANCELLATION NOTICE.

Travel insurance is strongly recommended. The Company is not responsible for losses due to cancellations, delays, medical emergencies, or lost baggage.

Travelers are responsible for obtaining proper documentation, including valid passports (typically 6 months beyond return), visas, and required vaccinations.

Affordable Travel Promotions acts solely as an agent for independent suppliers and is not liable for injury, loss, delay, or damages caused by third parties or unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather, natural disasters, or strikes.

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any legal disputes shall be brought exclusively in Seminole County, Florida.
